- Salt to taste
- Place the wheat and hot water in a container and cover. Wait approximately 30 minutes until all the wheat hydrates and the water dries up, you don't need to squeeze it because the amount is just right to hydrate without excess water
- stir to loosen the wheat, put the cucumber, onion and tomato chopped very small, chives and mint to taste and season with lemon, olive oil and salt and adjust to your taste.
- Place in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
