  • Large beets4 unit(s)
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Assorted fruits1 cup
  1. Wash the beetroots and cut into 2cm cubes. Place in a 2 liter wide mouth glass
  2. Fill with water and add salt
  3. Cover and let ferment for 48 hours in a dark, dry place. Inside a closet, for example.
  4. After 48 hours open the glass and experience the flavor and feel the fermentation. If necessary, stir and let it ferment for another 24 hours.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. When ready to serve, add chopped seasonal fruits.
  7. This drink is a natural probiotic, excellent to drink before, during and after parties, helping the body to detoxify and aid digestion.
