Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
Chimichurri herbs1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste
Scallions1/2 unit(s)

Puree the avocado in the blender. Add the other ingredients, except the chives.
Beat a little more and when everything is mixed put it in a bowl.
Take the chives, leave it finely chopped and then put the chopped chives in the bowl and mix well.
Taste and adjust in salt if necessary.
