Applesauce to replace eggs in vegan recipes

- Water | 50 ml
- Peel the apples, cut into cubes and cover with 50ml of water. Microwave for 5 minutes on full power. As soon as you take it out of the microwave, grind it with a mixer or blender until you get a baby food texture.
Your applesauce is ready.
It serves to replace eggs in some recipes, like the lemon biscuit I taught.
The tip is to use 50g of this puree for each egg and not replace more than 3 eggs per recipe.
