Almond Cookies with Chocolate Chips

- Almond flour1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Dark chocolate1/3 cup
- Add the almond and oat flours to the oil slowly and gradually until the mixture sticks together. Add more if needed. Mix with your hands to stick for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Make cookies by rolling them into balls, flattening and pressing the means down. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes - press the middle again if necessary.⠀
- Melt enough chocolate to pour in the middle of each cookie. Optional - sprinkle with sesame seeds, crushed walnuts or other topping of your choice.
