  • medium potatoes cut into cubes2 unit(s)
  • Medium carrots, diced2 unit(s)
  • medium cassava, cut into cubes2 unit(s)
  • chopped pods2 unit(s)
  • pasta (ring or shell type)2 cup
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  • parsley and chives, finely chopped1 cup
  • Salt to taste1 to taste
  • Water up to a little more than halfway through the pressure cooker1 l
  • Oil1 to taste
  1. Put the oil in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add the onion and let it brown
  3. Add the chopped tomato.
  4. Put the beef broth
  5. Add the potatoes, carrots, manioc and pods and let it cook for 3 minutes (always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan). Add parsley and chives,

  7. Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 40 minutes.
  8. Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the pan and serve.
