  • Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
  • Potatoes cut into small pieces3 unit(s)
  • Carrots, cut into small pieces2 unit(s)
  • Cabbage cut into small pieces1 unit(s)
  • Sweet potato cut into small pieces2 unit(s)
  • Pumpkin cut into small pieces300 g
  • Chayote cut into small pieces1 unit(s)
  • Pasta of your choice200 g
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning of your choice (I always use chimichurri, natural meat seasoning) to taste
  1. Put a drizzle of oil in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add the onion and let it brown.
  3. Add the beef and let it brown.
  4. Add the chopped tomato, parsley and chives and the seasonings of your choice.
  5. Let it cook under pressure until the meat is tender.
  6. After the meat is cooked Add all the vegetables and let it cook.
  7. Then add the pasta of your choice.
  8. Then just enjoy this delicious soup
