1-Place a thread of oil in the pressure cooker.
2-Add the onion and let it brown.
3-Add the beef and let it brown.
4-Add the chopped tomato.
5-Place the meat broth and the sazon-type seasoning envelope.
6-Gather the potatoes, carrots, mandioquinhas and pods and let it sauté for 3 minutes (always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan).
7-Add the parsley and chives, pepper, salt and finally the water.
8-Note: The water must be added until it exceeds a little more than half of the pressure cooker.
9-Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 40 minutes.
10-After 40 minutes, uncover the pan and add the pasta.
11-As soon as the pasta is cooked, turn off the pan and you can serve.
12-Tip: Don't make the noodles too soft.
