Ingredients

  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove | 2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Diced chicken breast | 400 g
  • Carrot | 2 unit(s)
  • Zucchini | 1 unit(s)
  • Potato | 2 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • Sweet paprika |  to taste
  • Green Smell |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sear the chicken breast cubes. Let it brown.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the tomato and sauté for another 1 minute.
  3. Add the peeled and diced vegetables.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
  5. Add boiling water to cover the vegetables. Stir and cover the pan. Let it cook for 10 minutes under pressure.
  6. Sprinkle green smell to serve.
