Ingredients
- Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove | 2 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
- Diced chicken breast | 400 g
- Carrot | 2 unit(s)
- Zucchini | 1 unit(s)
- Potato | 2 unit(s)
- Tomato | 1 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- Pepper | to taste
- Sweet paprika | to taste
- Green Smell | to taste
Recipe
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sear the chicken breast cubes. Let it brown.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the tomato and sauté for another 1 minute.
- Add the peeled and diced vegetables.
- Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
- Add boiling water to cover the vegetables. Stir and cover the pan. Let it cook for 10 minutes under pressure.
- Sprinkle green smell to serve.
