  • Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Italian bread1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the tomatoes and bake in the oven seasoned with salt and black pepper, olive oil and garlic.
  2. After roasting the tomatoes, blend them in a blender and add a little water if you consider it necessary.
  3. Cut the bread into slices and spread butter on 2 slices, fill with mozzarella and toast
  4. Finish the soup with cream and serve.
