- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste

- Small Zucchini1 unit(s)

- Ready beans.1/2 cup
- Tabasco1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon

- In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil. Then add the chopped vegetables in that order. Carrots, zucchini and tomatoes and let them sweat for about 10 minutes
- Let it cook for about 20 minutes on low heat with the broth and more water if necessary.
- I made the broths myself. The chicken one came from pressure cooking chicken. I made the vegetable one by boiling the leftovers of various vegetables in water. You can use ready-made broths or even just water.
- Put 4 ladles of the soup in the blender and beat with a ladle of beans or other vegetable protein plus Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Put the avocado too.
- Serve topped with olive oil and sesame seeds
