Corte em cubos a moranga e cozinhei na água, no fogo médio, após bata no processador até que fique um creme.
Em uma panela frite o bacon e acrescente o creme de moranga, acrescente um pouco de água ( pode ser a água do cozinhamento), acrescente o queijo, o sal e o tempero verde, mexa bem e sirva quente.
Um janta deliciosa,prática e com custo baixo.
