- In a pan, sauté the tomatoes, onion and garlic, and add all the seasonings to your liking.
- Soon after, put the mandioquinha and the water and the flour in the blender and beat until it turns into a cream.
- Now is the time to mix the cream that we hit in the blender with the reflgados in the pan.
- Then add the chicken and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. And your caladinho is ready.. And serve it hot
