  • Cooked Cassava | 4 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 2 unit(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken | 200 g
  • Vegetable Knor | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 1 l
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Onion |  to taste
  • Garlic |  to taste
  • Seasonings |  to taste


  1. In a pan, sauté the tomatoes, onion and garlic, and add all the seasonings to your liking.
  2. Soon after, put the mandioquinha and the water and the flour in the blender and beat until it turns into a cream.
  3. Now is the time to mix the cream that we hit in the blender with the reflgados in the pan.
  4. Then add the chicken and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. And your caladinho is ready.. And serve it hot
