  • Milk400 ml
  • Provolone cheese100 g
  • Cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Onion2/1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Palm1/2 can(s)
  • Grated Parmesan1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Chives1 to taste
  1. Cut a lid on the bread and carefully remove the crumb.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Add the wheat flour and mix well
  4. Add the milk and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cottage cheese and mix very well.
  6. Add the provolone cheese and the heart of palm and cook for another two minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  7. Spread the cream on the bread and serve with parmesan and parsley
  8. The noodles you took out, make some cakes to go with it
