  • Boiling water3 l
  • Potato cubes100 g
  • Sweet potato cubes100 g
  • Chopped chayote1 unit(s)
  • Chopped pumpkin100 g
  • Carrot slices1 unit(s)
  • Mandioquinha in slices3 unit(s)
  • Soft drumstick in cubes200 g
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil5 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the soft thigh cubes and fry on all sides
  3. Add boiling water and cook with the pan covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes with the pan covered.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve in individual bowls accompanied by fresh French bread or croutons.
