Rice

Corte a carne em pedaços pequenos e não muito grosso e tempere com sal. 

Cut the meat into small pieces and not too thick and season with salt.

Corte os legumes em pedaços. Na panela adicione óleo e alho mexer até dourar o alho. 

Cut the vegetables into pieces. In the pan add oil and garlic, stir until the garlic is golden.

Depois adicione o a carne em pedaços mexa para dá uma leve fritada nelas. 

Then add the meat in pieces, stir to give them a light fry.

Em seguida acrescente o colorau ,arroz, e os legumes em pedaços,2 cubos de caldo de carne e água suficiente para cozinhar.

Then add the paprika, rice, and the vegetables in pieces, 2 beef stock cubes and enough water to cook.
