- On a cutting board, cut the carrot, the potato into small pieces, the chopped onion and the garlic as well.
- In a pan, place the carrot, the potato, the salt, the chicken broth, the garlic and the chopped onion and the meat, leave for 15 minutes.
- When the time passes, add the noodles and leave for another 10 minutes.
- When time passes, remove from heat and add chopped fresh cilantro and serve.
