• Aimpim | 500 kg
• Coriander | 1 unit(s)
• Tomato | 1 unit(s)
• Onion | 1 unit(s)
• Knorr | 1 unit(s)
• Garlic |  to taste
• Water | 1 l

Recipe

1. Put the cassava to cook and set aside
2. In the pressure cooker, put all the seasonings, let it brown and put the chicken.
3. Add water and let it cook
4. Shred the chicken and set aside, beat the cassava in the blender, then put it in a pan, put it on the fire and add the shredded chicken.
5. Let it boil for a few minutes and then serve with some cilantro on top.
