  • Shrimp heads500 g
  • Shrimp fillet with garlic and oil for garnish to taste
  • Cassava / Cassava500 g
  • Salt, black pepper, coloral, saffron, lemon pepper, chimichurri, Bahian seasoning, tomato, onion, garlic, green peppers, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil to taste
  • coconut milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. Start by placing the shrimp heads in a pressure cooker with the cassava, the coconut milk and seasoning with all the spices mentioned, you can also increase your preference as you wish, add water to cover all the ingredients, bring to a high heat until pressure, count 20 minutes or until the cassava is cooked.
  2. After the cassava is cooked, add the cream and mix well, take it to the blender and grind the entire contents of the pan until you create a smooth and homogeneous broth, after that pass it through a sieve, adjust the salt, and finish with the green smell.
  3. To serve: You can increase it with minced green smell, boiled quail egg and/or shrimp fillet with garlic and oil. Enjoy your food!
