- Finely chopped onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves, finely chopped6 unit(s)
- large tomatoes, meowed and finely chopped2 unit(s)
- sweet potato, cut into small pieces1 unit(s)
- Small piece of grated ginger1 unit(s)
- tomato paste1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder2 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste0 to taste
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the chopped onions until light brown. Add the grated ginger and the minced garlic cloves. Fry all ingredients together.
- Then add the chopped tomatoes, sweet potato and tomato paste, mix all the ingredients together. Add salt, ground pepper and cumin powder.
- Add the red lentils and cover all the ingredients with water and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Garnish with parsley and a little olive oil.
