  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Water1500 ml
  • Chimichuri30 g
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Green Spice100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pork or chicken sausage, Coalho cheese, provolone or parmesan. to taste
  1. About the last item of the ingredients, which would be a protein, just add it if you want, there's no need. If you choose to use it, remember that it will make a difference in the taste.
  2. I recommend washing the lentils.
  3. Chop all the ingredients and saute in olive oil and add the lentils with all the seasonings, except the green seasoning.
  4. After braising well, add 1 liter and a half of water, correct the salt and cover the pressure cooker over high heat 🔥 .
  5. As soon as the pressure picks up, put it on a very low heat and count 15 minutes.
  6. Turn off the fire, remove the pressure and mix.
