- Cooked diced pumpkin1 kg
- Pumpkin cooking water2 cup
- Vegetable broth2 unit(s)
- Shredded Boiled Charque500 g
- Pepperoni Sausage1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Chives to taste
- Sauté the shredded and desalted beef jerky in olive oil and onion and set aside.
- Blend the pumpkin with the cooking water in a blender.
- Sauté the onion and pepperoni in a large pan, when it's already cooked add the pumpkin beaten in the blender and stir
- Add the vegetable broth and charque and stir until the broth dissolves, wait about 10 minutes and taste, if necessary add a pinch of salt
- Let it boil for 15 minutes and at the end add the cilantro or parsley and the chives, turn off the heat and smother to get the flavor of the seasonings.
