  • Cabotia pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes500 g
  • Vegetable broth made with onion, garlic, thyme, leek, celery250 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Brazil Nuts100 g
  • Green Smell4 tablespoon
  1. In the microwave, cook the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
  2. While the pumpkin is cooking, prepare the broth by bringing the ingredients to a boil.
  3. When the pumpkin cooks, put it in the blender and hit it with the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare the farofinha: beat the Brazil nut in the knife leaving it in rustic pieces.
  5. Mix with the parsley. Season to taste. Serve over soup.
