Cabotia pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes
Vegetable broth made with onion, garlic, thyme, leek, celery
In the microwave, cook the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
While the pumpkin is cooking, prepare the broth by bringing the ingredients to a boil.
When the pumpkin cooks, put it in the blender and hit it with the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the farofinha: beat the Brazil nut in the knife leaving it in rustic pieces.
Mix with the parsley. Season to taste. Serve over soup.
