- Ripe pumpkin1/5 unit(s)
- Bacon400 g
- Pepperoni sausage400 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Oregano/spicy paprika/chimichurri to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook with a pinch of salt.
- Wait for it to cool down and hit the blender. Reserve.
- In a pan fry the bacon, add the pepperoni sausage, don't let it fry too much so it doesn't soften and fall apart, add the onion.
- Then add the pumpkin that has been beaten, add and adjust the seasonings to taste.
- Serve with toast. Enjoy your food
