- Shredded chicken breast400 g
- English Potato5 unit(s)
- Cabotia squash1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- Boiled Broccoli to taste
- First wash and peel the potatoes and broccoli, cut into cubes and cook in salted water and after cooking, drain the water and crush the potatoes with a fork and reserve together with the broccoli
- In a pan put a thread of oil and add the finely chopped garlic and let it brown And then add the finely chopped onion and tomato and add a pinch of salt to help dehydrate
- Once everything is well sautéed, add the already shredded chicken breast and the well-chopped carrot and the pumpkin chopped into cubes, add a little water and let it cook until the pumpkin is cooked.
- Add the mashed potato AND the cooked broccoli and add water to cover and adjust the salt and seasonings
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes and finish with green smell
