Ingredients

  • Chicken breast cut into cubes | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves | 4 unit(s)
  • Chicken kinnor broth | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Large Potato | 2 unit(s)
  • Chopped cabbage stalk / unit: 1 bunch | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In the pan in which you will make the broth, fry the chicken in a drizzle of oil until lightly golden. Reserve the chicken on a plate.
  3. In the pan that removed the chicken, fry the onion, garlic and kinnor broth.
  4. Add the tomato and let it melt.
  5. Add the potato, cabbage stalk and water until covered. Let it cook until the potato is soft.
  6. Beat everything in the pan itself with the help of a mixer or use the blender.
  7. Add the chicken, correct the salt and add the chives.
  8. Let it boil until the desired consistency.
  9. On the plate, on top of the broth, grate cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
