  • Chopped chayote1 unit(s)
  • Chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Salt, pepperoni pepper.1 to taste
  • Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
  • Olive oil2 teaspoon
  • Hot water600 ml
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  1. I peeled the chayote and the potato. And I put it to boil with water. For about 5 minutes.
  2. Then I cut the pepperoni and put oil and let it fry a little. Then I put the garlic and onion and fry some more.
  3. I drained the potato and the chayote and hit the blender along with the hot water and hit until the broth is very smooth.
  4. I put it along with the pepperoni stew and let it boil a little.
  5. I put the salt, pepperoni and chopped parsley. And then just stir and wait for it to thicken well to serve
