  • Parsley0 to taste
  1. Peel them like potatoes, cut them into potatoes and put in a pen with water, chicken stock, onion and minced garlic.
  2. Leave on the fire until the potatoes protect for a long time. When that happens to the fire and wait to cool down for a few minutes.
  3. As soon as it cools, put everything in a blender and beat until it forms a thick broth.
  4. In the same pan that you cooked the potatoes, put a little oil and sauté the chopped bacon, when it turns golden brown, you can pour the potato broth on top and stir, add salt to taste.
  5. Turn off the heat, place the broth on a plate and serve with the chopped parsley on top.
