- Edu Guedes Seasoning to taste
- Chimichurri Seasoning to taste
- Seasoning Fine Herbs to taste

- Cook the potatoes, carrots, onion and seasonings for approximately 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
- Chop the bacon into small cubes and in a pan add the oil and fry it and lastly add the garlic and sauté, set aside.
- After the potatoes and carrots are cooked, hit the blender with the cooking water itself.
- After beaten, put it in the pan that sautéed the bacon with the garlic, add salt and more seasoning and water if necessary, cook a little more to add the seasonings and that's it!!!
- Tip: Add the green smell to the dish after serving.
