Polenta with minced meat

Em uma panela coloque o alho já amassado as cebolas picadas e a banha deixe  dourar. 

In a pan, place the crushed garlic, the chopped onions and the lard and let it brown.

Assim que dourar bem a frente água cubra coma tampa e deixe ferver. 

As soon as the water front is golden, cover with a lid and let it boil.

Após fervido acrescente o fubá já dissolvido na água e mexa até engrossar para não empelotar. 

After boiling, add the cornmeal already dissolved in the water and stir until it thickens to avoid lumps.

Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por aproximadamente 30 minutos e estará pronto.

Let it cook on low heat for approximately 30 minutes and it will be ready.

Modo de preparo da carne moída:

Em uma panela coloquei 300g de carne moída, 3 dentes de alho, 1 cebola e os temperinhos: chimichurri, tempero baiano, páprica doce e orégano; deixe fritar até soltar toda a água da carne. 
Acrescente  água até cobrir, 2 colheres de sopa de extrato de tomate e sal a gosto. 
Deixe apurar bem. Depois da polenta pronta, adicione o cheiro verde junto à carne, colocar por cima da polenta e se deliciar!

How to prepare ground beef:

In a pan I put 300g of ground beef, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion and the seasonings: chimichurri, Bahian seasoning, sweet paprika and oregano; let it fry until it releases all the water from the meat.
Add water until covered, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and salt to taste.
Let it go well. After the polenta is ready, add the green smell next to the meat, place it on top of the polenta and enjoy!
