Polenta with broccoli, cheese and pepperoni

  • Cornmeal4 tablespoon
  • Broccoli to taste
  • Cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Daisy/butter1 tablespoon
  • Water400 ml
  1. First wash and steam the broccoli and set aside. Then in a pan like margarine the onion and garlic and sauté then put the water, then in a glass put the cornmeal, for each spoon of cornmeal two of water mix until dissolved, add in the water with the seasonings.
  2. To finish, add the broccoli until it reaches the point (softer taste), fry the pepperoni separately, mount the plate with the polenta, cheese and pepperoni.
