Place a drizzle of oil in the bottom of a pressure cooker.
2. Add the garlic and mix the bacon and sausages and sauté well.
3. Then add the peas, the bacon broth and cover with the water.
4. Let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.
5. Take the pressure off the cooker and open it. If necessary, add more water.
6. Stir to release the bottom and return to pressure for another 20 minutes.
