- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Pea beans300 g
- Pepperoni Sausage1 unit(s)
- Bacon50 g
- Salt to taste
- Chop the bacon, sausage, garlic and onion.
- Brown the garlic and onion. After golden add the sausage and bacon, letting them brown too. Add the previously washed peas.
- Water to cover it, I always put it up to the cable screw. Cook under pressure over medium to low heat for 10 min. Be careful not to dry and burn.
- Finish with parsley and chives, our famous green smell! Serve with toast, if you prefer!
