  • Bacon200 g
  • Pepperoni sausage200 g
  • Ribs200 g
  • Pea500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Coriander to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, fry the bacon and the calabre sausage, sauté the onion together
  2. After that, add the ribs and let it cook a little longer.
  3. Then add the pea and cover with water about 2 fingers above and let it cook for about 30 minutes, then remove from the heat.
  4. In a frying pan, pound the garlic and fry it until golden, throw it inside the pan and stir until everything is well dissolved.
  5. Finally, chop the cilantro, throw it on top, stir and just serve.
