- Bacon300 g
- Pea1 kg
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Potato4 unit(s)
- Seasoning to taste to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the sausage and bacon into cubes, place in the pressure cooker along with the peas and cook for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, add the seasonings to taste, salt and cilantro.
- Cut the potato and carrot into cubes, add to the pan and let it cook.
- When the potato is soft, turn off the heat and it's ready.
