- In the pressure cooker, put the oil, and sauté the onion and fry the bacon. Let the bacon fry well until all the fat comes out, after the bacon is well fried, add the smoked ribs and sauté a little, then put the peas add water in the pan until you cover the ingredients, cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
