- In a colander, wash the peas well and let all the water drain.
- In a pressure cooker, add the sausage and the bacon fry, stir and fry well, then add the peas, stir well, add 5 cups of water, cover the pan and let it act on medium heat for 40 minutes.
- In a medium pan, add the crushed garlic and the grated onion, 2 tablespoons of medium fire, stir until it gets very brown.
