- Garlic to taste

- In a pressure cooker, fry the bacon and pepperoni in cubes, after fried remove the excess fat.
- Add garlic, onion and seasonings to taste.
- After that, add the washed peas.
- Add boiling water, adjust salt and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
- After the time, remove the pressure from the pot and open it carefully.
- Now just mix well to incorporate everything and serve with toast, fried garlic, fresh grated cheese, leek, pepperoni etc...
