Cook the peas together with a piece of pepperoni, in the pressure cooker for about 25 minutes.
Cut the pepperoni, bacon and thin pork sausage into cubes, fry and set aside.
After the peas are cooked, in a pan sauté the onion and garlic until golden, put the bacon, pepperoni and sausage already fried, then add the cooked pea broth.
Finish with black pepper and adjust the salt.
