- Onion200 g
- Butter20 g
- Wheat flour30 g
- Beef background600 ml
- Fresh cream100 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese70 g
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a pan put the butter and onion to sauté.
- Sprinkle the wheat flour and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the meat little by little and stir constantly.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
- Let it cook for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Then increase the heat until the liquid reduces and becomes more consistent.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Place the cream in individual ovenproof dishes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and take it to the preheated high oven until fixings.
- Serve with slices of bread.
