- Butter4 tablespoon
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Vegetable broth1 l
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Melt the butter, add the thinly sliced onions, salt and pepper and fry over low heat until the onion is caramelized.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Add the wine and let it boil for a few minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth (recipe on my profile) little by little, stirring constantly.
- Let it boil for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
