  • Green garlic stalk3 unit(s)
  • Dough50 g
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Vegetable broth1 l
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • For construction: egg1 unit(s)
  • Yogurt150 g
  1. Cut the carrots into small pieces.
  2. Cook them in a little oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, salt and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Then add the vegetable broth. When it boils, add the pasta.
  6. Season with black pepper, paprika and oregano. Cook for 12 minutes over moderately low heat.
  7. After the soup has cooled, build it up a bit. We prepare the building by beating the egg with the yogurt.
