- Olive oil to taste

- Yogurt150 g
- Cut the carrots into small pieces.
- Cook them in a little oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, salt and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Then add the vegetable broth. When it boils, add the pasta.
- Season with black pepper, paprika and oregano. Cook for 12 minutes over moderately low heat.
- After the soup has cooled, build it up a bit. We prepare the building by beating the egg with the yogurt.
