Start by peeling the potato, carrot and zucchini.
Then, in a large pan, put the chopped pepperoni in olive oil and let the sausage fry.
Then I added the garlic and onion and sautéed some more.
Then I added the vegetables and seasonings, salt, black pepper and oregano.
Mix well and then add water and cook for about 10 minutes.
As soon as the vegetables are cooked I put the noodles to cook together. And I kept stirring so it wouldn't stick to the bottom.
I put cooked meat that I had made for lunch more there and optional.
Then just turn off the heat and serve hot.
