  • Mocotó in pieces500 g
  • Boiling water2 l
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Tomato paste1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Calabrian pepper to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the mocotó and fry well on both sides.
  3. Add the boiling water, tomato paste and seasonings. Mix well.
  4. Cover the pan and count 45 minutes after it reaches pressure.
  5. The mocotó should be falling apart and incorporating into the broth.
  6. If necessary, adjust the salt.
  7. Serve in a bowl.
