Ingredients

  • Cooked and shredded chicken | 200 g
  • Cassava | 500 g
  • Cream cheese | 2 tablespoon
  • Small onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Small red pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Green Smell | 1 to taste
  • Oil or olive oil | 1 to taste
  • Black pepper | 1 to taste
  • Colorau | 1 unit(s)
  • Ground cumin | 1 to taste
  • Water | 1 l

Recipe

  1. In a pressure cooker, put half a chicken breast to cook, for approximately 20 minutes, put salt, pepper, onion and the seasoning of your preference.
  2. After cooking, remove and let it cool, in the chicken broth, place the cassava to cook for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Shred the chicken and set aside
  4. Cut the onion, pepper and green smell and reserve the garlic and set aside
  5. Remove the cassava from the pan and hit the blender, if you need to add water to help beat, it will be a smooth cream.
  6. In a pan put the oil, the seasonings already chopped, paprika, black pepper, cumin, use the seasoning of your preference.
  7. Saute for about 3 minutes, add the shredded chicken, the cassava cream, if you need to add more water, adjust the salt, let it cook for 5 minutes to get flavor.
  8. Put the cream cheese mix well, and it's ready!!!
