- Chicken breast400 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- chimichurri1 to taste

- Cook the chicken breast and shred. Leave the cooking water reserved. Cook the cassava until it is very soft. Then beat the cassava in the blender, along with the water from the cooking of the chicken until it gets very creamy. Reserve. Saute the onion in a large pan. Add garlic, oil and let it brown. Then add the shredded chicken, oregano and chimichurri. Saute the chicken well and then add the beaten cassava cream and adjust the salt. Stir and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Finally, add the optional chopped cabbage and serve the hot chicken broth.
