  • Mandioquinha (baroa potato)1 kg
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Put 1 cup of water to boil.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until lightly golden. Add the tomato and let it cook for another 1 minute.
  3. Add the peeled and sliced manioc and carrots.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  5. Add boiling water to cover the vegetables, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes under pressure.
  6. Let the pressure release and mix everything in the blender.
  7. Tip: for a complete meal, add a protein source like shredded chicken, ground beef, tofu or white cheese! Splash green smell and good appetite!
