- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Diced Bacon300 g
- grated mozzarella200 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Salt to taste
- Scent-Green to taste
- In the blender, mix the manioc and the filtered hot water, beat well.
- In a pan, add the butter and sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the diced bacon and fry.
- Add the blender mixture.
- Add the mozzarella, sour cream, salt and parsley.
- Mix well and it's ready!
